Terms of Participation

General Information: Participation is free and not restricted by territory. QRching sweepstakes are not lotteries because participation is free and prizes are funded by the Sponsor. The data for each sweepstake, along with the QR code and terms, are posted on a separate platform page. Winning is determined in real-time by the sequence number of the scan via the mobile app. Max scans per participant: 100. Frequency: Once per day.

Sponsor: BMW AG. Prize Pool: 12,000 RUB. Prizes: 3 (3,000, 4,000, 5,000 RUB).

Payout: Within 3 business days after providing details. Taxes and fees are borne by the winner.

Legal: German law applies. Judicial recourse is excluded.
